Stop apologizing, the thought police are on their way E CAN’T wait for the Thought Police to charge Vancouver’s Jud CyHorn under our hate laws. It’s not that I want to see him in the clink, of course. There shouldn't even by any hate laws. And we wouldn't have had any if it hadn’t been for the usual Pressure groups. Like the human rights commis- sions and all the paraphernalia of multicult, such laws are a menace. No, my happy anticipation derives from the fact that Cyllorn welcomes the prospect of battle and is capable of putting a case for the bullied Canadian Majority. He actually hopes to be charged for havig written and published a book called Stop Apologizing, which is a clarion calt for Cana- dian WASPS to stand up and de- fend themselves against the at- tacks that have driven them into the wastes of Wimpland. lt says things you won't get out of any book published by Mc- Clelland & Stewart, or for that matter from TV or most of the major media, devoted as they are to studying how many right- wingers can dance on the head of a pin. Some clot on the Globe & Mail, for instance, said that Barbara Amicl of Macican’s magazine was a right-wing crank and that she wrote for effect rather than from conviction, Her response was that most Canadian columnists wouldn't know what conviction was unless it came licensed by a human rights commission. Cyllorn says we should stop apologizing for being what we are and for having developed a better way of life than ‘the failures and non-achievers of the Third World’? who now swarm onto our welfare wagon. To make sure the right people got his message he sent copies of his book to every MP and MLA, plus mayors and media. Predictably, it has brought the pressure groups down on his head, especially the Jews and the Wim- pists. Among other things, you see, he questions the advertised extent of the Holocaust. And that’s against the rules. A B'Nai B’rith lawyer has even asked Canada Post to cancel Cyllorn’s mailing privileges. And if you think such a thing isn’t possible in this here free country, think again. Nelson Riis the Kamloops MP nearly had a fainting fit over the book, and Justice Minister Kim Campbell promised an investiga- tion, which presumably is under way. For Cyllorn has had a call from the Federal Human Rights Commission. He claims they asked him about his attitudes to the Holocaust. ‘*Which holocaust?”’ he countered. ‘‘The Ukrainian one in the U.S.S.R.? The Cambodian one under Pol Pot? The one in China?” Doug Collins ON THE OTHER HAND **You know which one," they said. **No I don’t,”’ he retorted, “There have been so many." He says that when the holocaust in Germany was specified he ask- ed how many Jews he was talking oO. “What's that got to do with it?”° “*Well, your boss Max Yalden is a Jew, and 1 think there might be a bit of conflict of interest there. I want a fair hearing.”’ This guy faces the cops head No monkeying around. NO APOLOGIZING. His book is not without fault, and there are some inaccuracies in it. I do not agree, for instance, that metrication was brought in so that the immigrants would feel more comfortable here. And he worries about the Catholics, being an old-style Protestant. But there is food for thought in the book. Hate? ‘‘Hate is whatever the lobby groups say it is.”” Heresy? '‘A heretic is now any- one who speaks up in defence of the Canada we once were, for the culture we once thought was ours. You are a heretic if you speak out against the imposition of Multiculturalism, Multiracialism and Multilingualism."’ He refers to the Royal Cana- dian Multicultural Police. We are not racist hate-mongers, he writes. ‘We are being assailed by racist hate-mongers.”” And he says that what the poli- ticians have done to Canada, many would see as treason. So what does he want? “| simply want Canada, my birthplace, to be once again, for Canadians, the kind of Canada that We the People chose it to be.’ Cyllorn’s book costs $30, but you won't find it in the bookstores. Call his office at 688-7024. Or you can calla U.S. number that can’t be put out of action by the phone-watchers: 1- 800-288-5868. And advertisements are to be beamed from a U.S. that should also be beyond their grasp. My guess is that the NDP and its multiculters will soon be mov- ing against him. RCMP monitoring new 19th St. four-way stop THE NORTH Vancouver RCMP are warning drivers to take extra care at the in- tersection of 19th Street and Ridgeway Avenue. New stop signs were added March 9 to turn the intersection into a four-way stop. But many drivers are unaware of the change and are continuing to drive through the intersection without stopping for the new signs. The intersection is located at the bottom of a steep 22% grade on 19th Street. The police are monitoring the situation and are issuing warning notices. GRANT M.
