Proposals are invited from individuals, companies, or non-

profit organizations to develop residential care facilities.

under the Community Residential Program of Mental Health

Services. Facilities are currently. required in North or West ,

Vancouver and.in Vancouver or Richmond.
Proposals will only be considered from parties that have

‘|. relevant professional qualifications and experience in work-

ing with the chronically mentally ill.

The facility will be expected to accept placement of in-
dividuals who are adults, seriously disabled by their mental
illness, and with a history of hospitalization. ~
