Those activities, she says,

tack crackdown, scheduled
for May 6 to 20.

While the school
CounterAttack program was
originally _ designed as a

method: of educating stu-
dents on the hazards of
drinking driving, it has
‘grown far beyond that, with

- annual conferences and in-
ter-school rivairy to mount
the best program.

“Three years ago when it
Started, there was just a
small group of students,”
says Irons. ‘“‘They were the
clean-cut kind. Now the
program has evolved to the
extent that there are repre-
sentatives of all groups in
the schools. It covers the
whole spectrum.*'
