Rad) as well as with the Tum bier Ridge northeast coal project. A member of the West Vancouver Kiwanis Club from 1952 onward, he served as its president and treasur- er, took a parikularly active part in the club's senior cibzeng’ housng proiects, and was honowed in 199 lor his outstanding service to the club -and the community. For four decades he was also an actve and involved member of Highlands Unit- ed Church in North Vancouver. Predeceased by his brother Leonard Miller (lost during World War Two) and in 1997 by his wife Barbara, Bob is survived by his daughter Carolyn Gibson Grass of Squamish, grandson James Harold Grass and Step-granddaughter Roberta .
