to be built under Highway

tion of depressed and con-
crete median barriers.

Two Kilometres of road
are being constructed and
130,000 cubic metres of
material will be moved.

Aaron said the develop-
ment will eventually include
920 units, a lodge with up to
150 rooms and retail space.
