TAX SERVICE REVENUE CANADA has entered the modern age with a new service that allows for the electronic filing of tax returns, or EFILE for short. While iziy service has been available to the Prairie provinces for the past year, this is the first year EFILE is being offered to B.C. taxpayers. North Shore taxpayers can now file their tax returns at Save-On- Foods stores on Marine Drive and the Park and Tilford Shopping Centre in North Vancouver. The service is also offered by Michael Deane and Associates, * 1849 Lonsdale Ave., North Van- couver. Revenue Canada says the benefits of the new service are faster refunds, more accurate and more secure tax returns and the elimination of receipts that need to be submitied to Revenue Canada.
