Most granola cereals WASHINGTON (UPI) - Granola cereals contain 22 per cent to 32 per cent sugar, placing them in the mid- range of all cereals tested, a research chemist for the U.S. Agriculture Depart- ment has reported. Kellogg's Country Morning had the highest average amount of sugar compared to the dry weight of the product — 31 per cent — among three boxes each of 14 nationally-distributed granola cereals tested, the report said.
