and fined him ‘Wednesday
for mischief and failing to-
appear in court when or-
dered to.

was convicted of mischief on

paid for the $463 in damages
which he caused.

But, Crown Counsel Glen
Paruk said that to date. only

$205 had been paid and

failed. to appear in court —

when ordered to.

“The court can't fool

around indefinitely to pet

have paid the next week,”
Judge John Layton said. —
