Trustee Barbara Howard said the district's Communications and Personnel Committee decided the PJS plan did not fill the district's current needs and recommended that senior staff develop their own communications plan. Trustee Clive Bird said the move would not cost the district awny additional funds because administrators would be expected to finish the plan during regular working hours which were already in the districCs budget.
