Driver named

THE DRIVER who died
when the car he was driving
flipped and left the road in
the 3700-block of the Upper
Levels Highway early on
Thursday, Siov. 5, has been
identified as 27-year-old Craig
David Tiderington.

The cause of the accident is
still under investigation.

Bank robbed

THE NORTH Vancouver
RCMP are searching for a
man who robbed a focal bank
on Oct. 30.

_ According to a police
spokesman, a lone masked
male entered the Canada
Trust at 1315 Marine Drive at
8 p.m. and robbed four
tellers at gunpoint. The
suspect escaped with an un-
disclosed rmount of cash.

The suspect is described as
being 2 white male in his tate
20s or early 30s. He has a
stocky build and coliar-length
curly blond hair. :

He was wearing a biack
swevter and faded jeans at
the time of robbery.

The suspect also wore a
bisck nylon stocking over his
head and had a semi-
automatic handguz.

He fled the area on foot.

Information regarding this
armed robbery may be for-
warded to the robbery section
of North Vancouver RCMP
at 985-1314.
