or Salmon parsley, garlic, salt and
1 cup dry (fine) bread pepper in large pic plate. In
crumbs separate dish mix remain-
2 tbsps. minced parsley ing ingredicnts cxcept fish.
(fresh) Dip fish in butter mixture
1 clove garlic (crushed) then in crumbs, coat well
1 tsp. salt on both sides.

Dash pepper Place in single layer in
% cup melted butter shaliow baking dish.

1% tsp. prepared hot mus- Sprinkle remaining butter
tard mixture over top and bake
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce at 450°F for 20 minutes.
