Seafarers to be remembered

A SEAFARERS’ Remembrance Service being held at
Sailor’s Point Memorial will commemorate lives lost
in all types of seafaring, in wartime and during peace.

The Sailor’s Point Memorial is located on the
seawall at Waterfront Park, two blocks west of the
SeaBus terminal in North Vancouver. The service will
be held at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. II.

The service will commemorate not only heavy war
losses, such as those in the Battle of the Atlantic in the
