probation for six months and fined
$20U after the 19-year-old North
Vancouvei man pleaded guilty to
dangerous driving and failing to
stop when signalled to do so by a
police officer.

The charges were laid against
him in connection with Nov. 6 in-
cidents on the Upper Levels High-
way, Queens Avenue and other
North Shore streets.

In addition to the probation
term and the fine, Botterill had his
driver’s liceitce suspended for nine
months and was ordered to per-
form 50 hours of community work
service by May 30.

$100 after the 31-year-old North
Vancouver man pleaded guilty to
driving without due care and at-
tention in connection with a Dec.

21, 1988 incident on the Upper
Levels Highway.
