In response to Angela
Sheremata’s letter in your Dec. 7
issue, AIDS is not glamorized. We
are merely more aware of it than
we used to be.

You may call AIDS “just
another form of venereal disease’’,
but it is a fatal one. Most people
who are afflicted with it would
rather not be. It is tragic for
whoever is afflicted with it,
whether they are homosexual or
heterosexual.

You may say that the Bible is
clear on the subject of homosexual
acts being ‘‘sins’’, but just about
