Fraser University’s Harbour Centre
is offering a five-day marketing for
the arts seminar beginning next
week.

Participants will be able to
workshop their current marketing
strategies and develop new mar-
keting plans that contribute to the
long-term stability of their

organization.

Seminar topics include: attitudes
and behaviour of audiences, tund-
raising, and how to design,
prepare and implement a market-
ing plan.

Ensemble to perform at Orpheum|

THE ARGYLE Secondary Vocal
Ensemble joins the Vancouver
Chamber Choir this Sunday for the
choir’s season-opener at the Or-
pheum Theatre.

The concen features eight
pianists and 80 choral singers,
which make up a group called
Piano Pops, featuring the likes of
Terence Dawson, Robert Rogers,

Linda Lee Thomas and Arie
Thompson.

The Vancouver Chamber Choir
includes a number of North Shore
talent, such as West Vancouver's
Allison Girvan, Laverne G’Froerer
and George Roberts of North Van-
couver.
