wine bottle bobbing in the
tide near her waterfront home.

The English note said: it
was from Valeri and ‘Tatiana
Gulbas, from Kazakhstan, and
that they were seeking help to
stay in Canada.

Schneider was intrigued
and called the North Shore
News to help her try and solve
