Russell anticipates that the renova- tions will be phased in over a mumber of vears. The first area to undergo changes will be central Lonsdale, fol- lowed by dower and finally upper Lonsdale. The proposal will go to council on June 26 ara meeting that will be open to the public. Prior to the council meeting, the proposed design scheme will be at the PGE Station at the foot of Lonsdale where it will remain trom Monday June 19 to Sunday une 25, trom 10 am. to 6 pam. daily. The full-colour designs include small photographs of the area as it is today and large drawings of how it might look after the changes.
