face various charges:

Before Judge Reginald
Grandison in West
Vancouver previncial court
on Gee. 11, 1995:

Michael Richard Weemers,
30, of North Vancouver.
received 18 months’ probation
after he pleaded guilty to pos-
sessing a handgun for a dunger-

ous purpose on June 9, 1995 in

West Vancouver. Weemers was
prohibited from possessing
firearms, ammunition or explo-
sives for three years.

Grandison in West
Vancouver provincial court
on Nov, 30, 1995;

David Eart Saklofsky, 21,
of North Vancouver, received
12 months’ probation after he
pleaded not guilty to assault
causitig bodily harm of a per-
son, but instead pleaded guilty
to the lesser or included
offence of assault.

Saklofsky was required to
perform 80 hours of commiuni-
ty work service.

&’ probation term order
staies that Saklofsky is not to
be found in the immediate
vicinity of Dewey Pardie and
Howe nightclub.

he pleaded guilty to:

1995 in West Vancouver;
#3 the break and enter of a
house in the 5300-block of
Kensington Crescent in West
Vancouver three days later;
obstructing West Vancouver
Police Consi. Mike
Drummond in connection with
the Kensington charge;
48 being at large on Aug. 21,
1995 in Surrey before a term of
impriscnment was expired.
