enforcement will be upgraded
within the City and District of
North Vancouver.
The concept of the cam-
paign is to raise public aware-
ness about the safety aspects
of seatbelts and child restraint
units. The use of this equip-
ment will assist occupants of
vehicles from striking the
interior of the vehicle.
Public perception is that “I
don’t need to wear a seatbelt.
