Job-finding program launched for over-45s NORTH SHORE Continuing Education has launched a new job-firding program for people over 45 seeking re- employment. The federally-sponsored Skills Plas clubs last three wecks each. Six will be offered between May and September, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is no charge to par- ticipate. A textbook; typing, photocopying and phone service; and coffee are all provided free. The group-support job search method enables participants to tap the hidden job market, network, apply for advertised positions, polish resumes and letters, research leads, contact employers and rehearse interview techniques.
