Greg Stuart, of West Vancouver, a third year stadent at the Emily Carr College of Art and Design on Granville Island, is the first recipient of a scholarship from the West Vancouver Visual Arts Society. A perpetual trust fund was set up last fall by Visual Arts through the West Vancouver Foundation Society. The scholarship award will be given annually to a deserving North Shore art student.
