Kids get in shape THE NORTH Shore Neighbour- hood House is again offering its popular Junior Jazzercise Pro- gram for children aged six to 12 years old. Junior Jazzercise is similar to adult Jazzercise, but with more emphasis on jazz dance techniques and specific dance choreography. The class combines several warm-up routines with floor movements and dance steps. “Participants develop a sense of pride in their movement, improve their flexibility, oalance and coor- dination and have fun,’’ say the organizers. The class also provides oppor- tunities to use props and costumes. Classes meet once per week on Saturdays beginning Jan. 19 and running to March 23. The fee is $27 for 10 lessons or a $3 drop-in fee. Those interested are asked to pre-register. For more information, phone 987-8138, or drop by the Neigh- bourhood House located at 225 East 2nd St., in North Vancouve:.
