Chicken with Cashew
een od Nuts
1 c. of prawns or chicken breasts
% c. diced onion
% c. cashew nuts
Dried chiles
’% c. chopped celery stalks _
1 Tbsp. nampla (Thai fish sauce)
A Tbsp. garlic
‘4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. shrimp paste
Basil leaves

_ Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add shrimp paste,
. garlic, chicken and onion. Keep turning until 4
light brown. Add the rest of the ingredients
and stir-fry for 2 more minutes. Place on
‘a serving plate. Top with roasted
cashew nuts and dried chiles.
Enjoy.
