INVESTIGATORS THINK 900-LITRE HARBOR SPILL NORTH SHORE-BASED

INVESTIGATORS REMAIN in the dark over the source of
a 900-litre diesct off spill discovered Tuesday afternoon in an
urea along the North Vancouver waterfront between Nep-
tune Bulk Terminals and Seaboard Terminal.
