The Sur-Del invitational is being held as a soccer salute-to Expo 86 and as such has been approved, as an Expo special event. The tournament is to be held at the Newton Athletic Complex on 128th Street, Surrey, with the opening ceremonies held at Sea- quam Secondary School in Delta on August 18.
