cost, with the operator paying
anything over the total estimate.

Humphreys questioned whether
people would be prepared to pay
the high cost of traveling the route.
A one-way ticket would cost $6.50
for an adult and $4.50 per child.
Hughes replied he did not know.

sand that is dredged will enhance
Ambleside Park.

The idea was approved in prin-
ciple subject to further negotia-
tions between the municipal man-
ager and Gulf Island Water Taxi
Ltd.
