made two new senior ap-

pointments.
Dennis Hall has been
appointed Director’ of

Technical Services for both
the Vancouver and Victona
Divisions and Roland Webb
has been named Supernn-
tendent, New Construction
at the Vancouver Division.
Hall, born in Hull,
England. apprenticed as an
engineer officer before he
obtained his extra first class
certificate at the Hull
College of Technology.

worked as an engineer, ship
surveyor and = engincer's
