of Vernon, Kevin (June) of Mt Lehman,

brother Jim of Vermilion, sister Essey
May of Loon Lake, Sask and fina of
Edmonton, 5 grandchildren, several
nephews and 1 niece Barbara all cf
Alberta: and special friend Marty of
North Vancouver. Service will be held at
Hollybura Funeral Home, 1807 Marine
Drive, West Vancouver on Saturday,
September 4tn at 2:30pm. Rev Ronald
Smith who performed Roy and Jean's
marriage on August 24, 1974 will be of-
ficiating. Donations to the B.C. Heart
Foundation in lieu of flowers.

HALE - Janet Leith (ree McGlashan) on
September 1, 1993 aged 80 years. Sur.
vived by George, her loving husband of
§1 years, sons Derek and Vernon and
their wives Kathy and binds, Srothers
George, Malcolm and Peter and their
families. Janct, a longtime West Yan-
couver resident, foved the outdoors and
lived a full and active life that included

. biking and canoeing. Janet rafted the

Colorado River with George and friends
while in her 70's. She will be
temembered by her many neighbours
and her friends in the Dogwood Canoe
Club and the Alpine Club of Canada. No
service by request; a gathering wilt be
held at. the family home on Thursday,
September 9, 1993 at 1:00pm. Sn ties

the Heart and Stroke Foundation would
