Traditional Crepe Batter
% cup all purpose flour
1 large egg
X% cup milk
2 Tbsp. cold water (some recipes cail for
seltzer water)
2 tsp. melted butter
salt to taste

THE observation deck for B.C. Ferzies’ fast ferry is readied for entry to the assem-
bly shed on North Van's waterfront last week. The deck forms part of the first of
three $74- million catamarans that will ply the Horseshoe Bay to Nanaimo route.
