Before Judge Ellen Burdett in North Vancouver provincial court on Sept. 16: Kimberley Dawn Vaughan, 26, of North Vancouver, received = 12 months’ probation after she pleaded guilty to stealing a walkman belonging to London Drugs on Feb. 16 in North Vancouver City. Robert Hill Sinclair, 30, of West Vancouver, received 24 months’ prebation after he pleaded guilty to: @ stealing = merchandise belonging to Save-On-Food on March 27 in North Vancouver District; @ failing to go to court on May 8 and Aug. 7, Peter David Gallos, 32, of no fixed address, was jailed one month after he pleaded guilty to stealing power tools belonging to Wal-Mart on July 3 in North Vancouver City. The jail sentence was to run concurrent to a sentence he was serving.
