It’s a one-day guided tour to the U.S. city, leaving at 8 a.m. from the Ferry Building at Ambleside Landing. Laird will be providing background on Seattle’s Art in Public Places Program. There will be various stop-off points for viewing art in North Seattle, with a guided explanation of works. One point of interest is the Bitter Lake Reservoir which houses a portion of Mark Lare’s ‘Seattle Scatter Piece,” an artwork that has been scattered over five locations in the city. The trip is $28 per person. For information Phone 926-3266.
