Although Fawkes’ special-
ty is coutourier design, with
her spring and fall lines, she
also does pattern drafting
and dressmaking for clients.
If a client has a special dress
she would like copied,
Fawkes will make up the
design, or she will sew a
bought pattern for her.

But Fawkes does not limit
her designs to women. She
actually plans to concentrate
her efforts on men’s clothing.

mine are always saying, ‘1
can’t find anything to
wear.’ ’’ She adds that ‘‘the
