face a 13 mill increase
in school taxes. But the
good news is_ that
‘average’ homeowners
will receive a $92
reduction in the
schools portion of their
tax notice.

North Vancouver school
board trustees approved a
budget Tuesday night which
is $1.25 million fess than its
1982 budget, but $1.5 million
more than was orginally
allocated under the
provincial restraint program

The board approved a
gross budget of $59 068 950
down from $61,000,446 in
1982. The new mill rate
approved will be 69 J424 up
from 560.0914

The ocising mill rate
