LOUCKS MAKES MID-TERM ADDRESS Improvements p THE CITY of North Vancouver can look forward to some major improvements in many areas of service, Mayor Jack . Loucks said in his mid-term address Monday. Improvements to the sewer system and city parks, upgrading the present water distribution system, and changes to ease truck traffic along Marine Drive were just some of the things Loucks said the city could expect in the coming year. Loucks pointed to the construc- tion of the grade separation of Lonsdale and the Upper Levels Highway.
