Note: Puffs can be kept warm in the oven at a low temperature. Makes 2 to 3 dozen medium-sized puffs. For appetizer puffs: Drop ‘teaspoonfuls of mixture on to lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 400 F (200 C) for 15 to 20 minutes or by deep fry method until golden brown. Makes 5 to 5 dozen appetizers. Note: Both deep fried and baked puffs may be made in advance and frozen for later use.
