Zoning Bylaw Amendments

A Public Hearing will be held on MONDAY, JUNE 21, 1993 at 7:30 p.m.,

Vancouver, B.C. to receive representations in connection with the follow- |

ing proposed amendments to Bylaw No. 3778, being “Zoning Bylaw,
1967”, and the “City of North Vancouver Zoning Map”, which is an

-integral part thereof:

Bylaw No. 6418

To rezone Lot 22, Block 127, D.L. 274, Plan 878, locaied at 252-254
East 4th Street, (indicated in hatched pattern on the map below), from
RT-1 Two Family Residential Zone, to CD-245 Comprehensive
Development 245 Zone, to permit development of four 3-bedroom
residential dwelling units on the site: Bylaw No. 6418 to amend
Bylaw No. 3778, being "Zoning Bylaw, 1967", will regulate the size,
shape and siting of buildings and structures, off-street parking
requirements, location and screening of refuse containers, and
landscaping and maintenance.
