Witnesses sought WEST VANCOUVER police are locking for any witnesses who may have observed a fatal single-motor vehicle accident 2t 8:30 p.m. on July 1. A police spekesman said 2 red 1939 Honda Civic was travelling cast siong the Upper Levels Highway before taking the Westmount exit. The vehicle then became invoived in an accident before it approscked a mearby stop sign. The driver of the car suffered severe injuries and subsrqaeatly died in hospital. The man’s aame will not be released until next of kin ‘ kave been notified. Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to call the West Vancouver Police at 922-4141.
