ha (3.67 acre) site at Parkgate Centre located at 1133 Mount Seymour Roadto allow
the developmen of a neighbourhood public house in the shopping centre complex.
The proposed put is to be located in the north end of Building D which backs cnto
Mount Seymour Road. The proposed 65 saat neighbourhood public house consists
of one single story 3200 square foot building which currently exists on the ste.
Parking for 464 cars is provided al Parkgate which includes both underground and
surtace parking. Tha proposed pub will share this parking with other tenants tn the

Parkgate Shopping Centre.
