Timothy John Brown was origi- nally charged in connection with a May 12 incident in which he is alleged to have carried a replica of a Smith & Wesson handgun. Brown was also charged with theft over $1,000 after being ar- rested Aug. 11 for allegedly steal- ing a car. Appearing before North Van- couver provincial court Judge J.B.
