Police seek

robber in
NV bank
holdups

CRIME STOPPERS and
the North Vancouver
RCMP are asking for the
public’s help in identifying
a man who the _ police
believe has robbed a
Canada Trust branch twice
this year.

In the most recent case, the
suspect entered the branch at 1315
Marine Dr. on Oct. 30.

The man entered the bank
wearing a black nylon mask. He
carried a small handgun in his left
hand and a black nylon bag in his
right hand.

He yelled at the tellers, “This is
a holdup. Get your moncy out,
and no one will get hurt.”’

He then went around to the
cash drawers aad remuved money
from several «-f the drawers.

As the suspect was lesving the
bank, he calficd out, ““Happy Hal-
foween, trick or treat.””

The suspect is described as be-
ing a white male, 0’2’" (188 cm)
tall, 200 pounds (90 kg), with
brown-blond curly hair.

He was wearing a black knit
sweater, blue jeans and surgical
gloves.

Information regarding this
suspect may be forwarded to
Crime Stoppers at 669-TIPS.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to
$2,000 cash for an anonymous tip
that leads to the arrest and laying
of charges.
