hosting a one-week fitness
assessment program from Jan. 20
to 27.

Participants will learn how to de-
velop a realistic fitness program or
improve their current regime.

A certified appraiser will assess
people according to their car-
diovascular fitness level, basic
strength and flexibility and will
suggest an exercise program based
on each individual’s needs.

The $35 fee includes the ap-
praisal and a one-month member-
ship to the YMCA.
