12 - Friday, September §, 1986 - North Shore News Dance proceeds donated to Lynn Valley youth A DANCE will be held at’ Lynn Valley Hall, with 30 per cent of the proceeds going to the Lynn Valley Youth Committee. The Sept. 19 dance, starting at 7:30 p.m., is being called “the shameful audacity of man’’ dance. Organizers say the dance, which is expected to attract youths be- tween the ages of 15 and 18, is an alternative to ‘‘going downtown" to Vancouver for entertainment. The dance is being presented by Possible Productions and UBC Radio, CITR FM) 102. During the dance, the local band The Wrath will be on hand ta sign autographs between 8 and U1) j.in. The dance will cun until 12:30 am.
