from Italy

A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME
fashion show of the Missoni
knit collection from Italy is
coming to Vancouver.

Italy's most famous design
team, Ottavio (Tai) and
Rosita Missoni will be repre-
sented in Vancouver by their
son Luca and his wife Judith
at a gala event October 25 to
be held at the Italion Cul-
tural Centre from 6 to 9
p-m.

The evening will begin
with an eight-course Italian
gourmet dinner including
Antinori wine featuring such
specialties as Agnolotti di
Magro in Salsa Cardinale
and Scaloppine al Funghi.

Then the electric coloring
and dramatic designs of the
Missoni collection for fall
*85 will be in the spotlight
straight from the runways of
Europe and the rave reviews
of the world’s fashion press.
Make-up designs to com-
plement the fashions will be
supervised by Yvon
Bourgeois.

Ticket price includes an
eight-course dinner, Antinori
wine, and the Missoni fash-
jon presentaton.
