Local girl wins gold

THE VANCOUVER Skating
Club which incorporates the
North Shore Skating Club,
won three golds, a silver and
a bronze at the B.C. Coast
Zone Championships last
Sunday at the Sunset Arena
in Vancouver.

Both the senior and novice
precision tcams won a gold
medal. The senior team
defeated the Sungod
precision team from Delta
and the novice tcam beat the

when they gave an exhibition
of their precision skating
skill. They belong to the Pre-
Novice Precision Team of
the Vancouver Skating Club
and they will compcte in the

B.C. Section Precision
Championships in March
1982.
