On Saturday, June 13, teams of four people will race. from Deep Cove to Cates Park and back in a relay: sponsored - ‘by. the Mount Seymour Lions Club. Each team will consjst of a runner, a cyclist and two canoeists for the race which is about 10 kilometre long. ‘Starting at the parking lot in Cates Park at 11:30 a.m., the runners will run down Roslyn Boulevard to the parking lot by the changing rooms at Myrtle Park . Here the cyclists will take over and cycle through Deep Cove and out on Beachview Drive to the beach at Little Cates Park at the end of | Seashell Lanc.
