Drinkwater is an outpa- tient dietitian who works with people referred by their doctors to the Medical Day Centre at Lions Gare Hospital (LGH). Drinkwater helps people who need special diets for health conditions such as dia- betes, high cholesterol, cat- ing disorders or allergies. She also helps plan special diets for people who are over- weight. Some recommended snack choices include fruits or vegetables, yogurt, air- popped popcorn, low-fat muffins or whole grain crack- ers.
