For 33 years he worked for ydro as the manager of its con- patente heen perme water systems has resulted in his plan for a private West Vancouver water supply. Milligan wants to pipe Cypress Creek water north to the municipal- Eagle Lake reservoir. “He would then raise the Eagle Lake dam 30 feet, pass the warer through a biological filter, an ne station, then through the municipal- ity’s chlorination station before pip- ing it into the municipality’s “cross- country” main. He said the supply could meet all of West Vancouver's water needs. The plan also includes provisions for power generation.
