Thieves make off with banner IT WAS a banner day for thieves recently when a Canada Employment Hire-A-Student banner was stolen from the Park Royal overpass. The banner, which had been secured with chain and lock to the metal railing of the overpass, disappeared sometime between June 8 and June 10. It was taken after thieves apparently cut around the chain with a knife.
