Realtors raise cash for charity OVER $3,000 was raised Friday by North Shore realtors in their ttth annual North Shore Realtors’ Climb for Crippled Children. Race organizer Joe Lloyd said the event ‘‘was excellent. We had a good time."* In ail, eight teams made up from local real estate companies raised $3,200 in the climb. Block Bros, Realty Ltd. finished first overall with 33 points, while a team from Sussex Realty finished last with 20 points. Finishers from second through to seventh were Crest Realty Lid., Bell Realty, Bay City Realty Ltd., Sutton Group, Henley and Associates Realty Ltd. and a team mace up of Western Realty, Mon- tresl Trust, Mitten Realty Ltd. and Canada Trust. Staged on Grouse Mountain, the race included running, bicycling and canoeing sectors and = an obstacle course leg. Team finishes determined the amount of money each team con- tributed to Lians Society for Crip- pled Children. The top team donated $230 while the bottom team coughed up $330, Last year realtors raised $4,000.
