LIKE THE Greek gods on Mount Olympus,
North Shore realtors battled it out under omi-
pt nous skys last Friday on Grouse Mountain.

_ Eighty realtors from 10 North Shore realty

; companies competed in the ninth annual
Grouse Mountain Climb.

After 20 minutes of cycling (ceatre right),

clambering over obstacles, rowing across a lake
and sprinting up mountain slopes, Sussex Real-
ty dower right} emerged victorious.
_ Sussex was foilowed by Sutton in second
we place. Traditional contenders Bell and Block
7 Brothers took third and fourth spot while last
year’s winner Dahlberg finished in sixth spot.

Satnam Sidhu (below) of Bay City suffered
a the only serious injury, cutting his knee while
ae leaping into the lake with his rubber raft (top
‘ right).

The nine losing teams were assessed
monetary penalties on a sliding scale, with the
last place teams paying the most. This, together
with each team’s entry fee and proceeds from a
lottery, will go towards helping crippled
children.
